La procédure en cas de volume élevé d’appels s’applique seulement aux opérations d’urgence (service incendie). |
Le caractère particulier de nos opérations exige que nous soyons en mesure d’assurer la continuité de nos activités, et ce, sans égard aux différents aléas pouvant survenir. C’est pourquoi CAUCA a mis en place une procédure en cas de volume élevé d’appels, communément appelée procédure d’alerte météo.
